Senior Developer - Customer Support Finance

We are looking for an experienced program manager to lead Digital Strategy and Project implementation for Customer Support Finance organization, to oversee entire portfolio of collective projects and programs across the organization.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.
Responsibilities:
Leading the execution of Customer Support Finance Digital Strategy.
Responsible for development & enhancement of key Customer Support System (i.e. Unravel/CSTAR) and digitalization of key finance processes.
Create and maintain processes, methods, training and tools to manage successful digital transformation
Own Communication strategy across finance and business partners.
Facilitate program completion
Education and Experience Required:
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
Typically 6+ years of experience as a Program Manager, PMI, Scrum Master, Agile certified preferred
Strong skills in Project Management, Program Management and Process Analysis, and Organizational Change Management.
Previous people leadership experience, preferably in a global, cross- functional environment
Facilitation in governance, project reviews, steering, and other project related meetings
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong Digital Skills (Python, PowerBI, Java, etc.)
Strong project management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams. PMP certification a plus.
Extensive experience with using project and program planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
Strong financial acumen.
Ability to manage change and ambiguity with an action-oriented drive; must thrive in a dynamic environment.
Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels.
Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic, passion, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
