Job Description
Development of software and functionalities to the following areas:
- Automotive Aftermarket products
- Build and Release management for multiple product lines
- OEM websites for aftermarket tool management
- Engage in all phases of development - concept creation until release to customer
- Perform rapid prototyping to support functional requirement development.
- Develop manual and model-based code according to specification.
- Develop automated test software for software testing.
- Debug/troubleshoot software using automotive market specific and generic tools.
- Participate in interface studies, design review.
- Interact closely with customers to define and develop customized software solutions according to the customer needs, supported by the engineering team located across the globe.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a highly structured process environment.
- Ability to work independently and a member of a team.
- Ability to multi-task, working on complex and often urgent field support needs while maintaining schedule and design efficacy and quality objectives on development projects.
- Knowledge of software development tool chain
- Cloud knowledge - GCP, MS Azure, AWS (Strongly Preferred).
- Familiarity Elasticsearch or OpenSearch is a plus.
- Strong data visualization skills and an eye for design, ensuring dashboards are user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate.
