Purpose of the Role:
You will be responsible for the development and execution of the sales plan for the western region of the country, based in Guadalajara. Your main mission will be to drive the introduction of our innovative engineering solutions.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Prospecting and opening new accounts with Distributors and Integrators.
Developing and growing current accounts.
Experience in technical sales of Automation, Vision, Control, and Robotics solutions.
Conducting visits and presentations to clients and end-users.
Managing CRM systems and preparing sales reports.
Essential Requirements:
3 years of proven experience in technical sales.
Engineering degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics (Bachelor's degree required).
Advanced English level (essential for international client communication).
Based in Guadalajara, Jalisco.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary: $35,000 to $40,000 MXN monthly.
