The Trainer conducts orientation processes for newly hired agents and creates essential presentations tailored to program requirements. They facilitate learning plans to prepare company members to fulfill tier-1 tasks while accommodating the needs of both learners and the company. Additionally, they identify learning opportunities and training gaps.
?Responsibilities and Functions
Facilitate training for new hires while identifying and addressing areas of opportunity, risks, and future potential to support operations.
Create training presentations tailored to the four adult learning styles, supporting comprehensive learning plans.
Gauge the effectiveness of training content and communicate areas for improvement in all training-related activities.
Use LMS platforms to assign and complete courses, as well as export results.
Manage training administrative duties, including payroll, risk documentation, attendance tracking, adherence to consequence matrices, and conducting necessary discussions with Ambassadors.
Provide feedback to Ambassadors using the SMART methodology.
Supervise, support, and engage with Ambassadors as needed.
Develop training analyses, projects, and initiatives to enhance program agent development.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Teaching, Human Resources, or a related field
Specialized Knowledge (Basic)
Instructional design
LMS platforms
Authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360)
Advanced English level
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams) and Drive
Experience: 1 to 3 years in training or education-related fields
