Role Description
The Key Account Assistant plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, and coordinating communication between the sales department and clients, also internal communication with involve departments to achieve success with daily activities. This role includes handling inquiries, assisting with the preparation of sales documentation, and providing general support to the sales team to help them achieve targets and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing sales proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date client and sales records in the company's system.
- Answer customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer service issues.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Help process orders, manage shipment schedules, and track deliveries.
- Organize and manage internal sales reports and performance metrics.
- Prepare and review sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and quotations.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist the Sales Manager and Sales Team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.

- Customer Service: Ability to professionally handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Time Management: Skill in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members.

- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software systems, especially sales tools like CRM platforms.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in workload, priorities, and customer needs.
- Numeracy Skills: Basic understanding of sales metrics, pricing, and financial figures.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required for any field, but preferably administrative management and marketing communications.

Recruitment Process
Once the profile is reviewed by the HR and administration staff you will receive a call or a message from DY Mechatronics Mexico. It is a 3 step process which requires 3 different interviews. The first interview is held by phone call from the HR staff for general information and CV fact check. The second one follows up with a face to face interview in our offices with the participation of the administrative staff as well as the HR team. The last but not least interview is held with the participation of our vice-president and staff in which the final decision is made.
