JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Practice Manager with a strong background in infrastructure management (Linux, Network, Storage, VMWare), development and sales strategy to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and commercial leadership.

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Oversee planning, execution, and maintenance of large-scale infrastructure projects (e.g., IT systems, facilities, utilities, or transportation networks)
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance
• Implement best practices in infrastructure scalability, sustainability, and risk management, SLAs (ITIL), KPIs, ticket management.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15+ years of experience in infrastructure management and B2B sales
• Proven track record of leading complex projects and closing high-value deals
• Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics
• Experience with CRM tools, project management software, and data analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including project managers and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering scalable Infrastructure solutions.
