As a Healthcare Support Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting patients and healthcare providers through administrative coordination, scheduling, and follow-up tasks. What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and healthcare partners in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule and confirm medical appointments with providers and specialists.
• Accurately maintain electronic health records (EHRs) and update patient information.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure patients receive the care and communication they need.
• Coordinate referrals and communications between clinics, hospitals, insurers, and legal representatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all communications and recordkeeping.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Previous customer service experience—preferably in healthcare or office administration.
