Main Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end follow-up on customer shipments.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding their logistics and cargo movement.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Resolve shipment-related issues with a proactive and service-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, International Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably in logistics, transportation, or import/export.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
• 100% fluent in spoken and written English (conversational and professional level).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
