Internal Communications and Culture Engagement Coordinator for Manufacturing Company
?Job Description:
This role supports internal communication, employee engagement, HR process optimization, and corporate social responsibility. It ensures employees stay informed and connected, while promoting a consistent culture and supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities and Scope:
· Internal Communication: Plan and deliver messages, newsletters, and campaigns across internal platforms to align teams and promote transparency.
· Culture & Engagement: Plan, deliver and drive activities/events that reinforce company values and foster belonging. Analyze engagement data and support action plans.
· HR Process Support: Improve and document HR processes such as onboarding, recognition, and employee lifecycle activities.
· Change Management: Support change initiatives through communication, training, and alignment sessions.
· Corporate Giving: Execute community programs, manage partnerships and budgets aligned with company policies, qualifications & requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
· Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources processes with a focus on Culture and engagement.
· Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Advanced English proficiency is preferred.
· Valid visa and passport with the ability to travel is a plus.
