We are recruiting an HR Manager for a international companie from Renewable Energie Sector in Querétaro
Job Purpose: To design, lead, and execute the comprehensive People & Culture strategy aligned with Solfium's business goals. This role is responsible for driving a strong organizational culture based on high performance, innovation, well-being, diversity, and belonging ensuring a positive experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. People & Culture Strategy:
- Develop and implement the People & Culture roadmap in alignment with company growth.
- Continuously monitor and improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention levels.
- Advise leadership on strategic decisions related to people, structure, and culture.
2. Talent Attraction and Acquisition:
- Design and lead efficient recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure inclusive, values-aligned hiring processes with a strong candidate experience.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles across the organization.
3. Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Lead the design and implementation of dynamic onboarding programs that reinforce cultural integration.
- Oversee offboarding processes with a professional and respectful approach that protects the employer brand.
4. Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and follow up on performance reviews, feedback systems, and individual development plans.
- Design career paths and succession planning in collaboration with department leaders.
- Coordinate learning and development programs (leadership, upskilling, etc.).
5. Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage and optimize salary structures, incentives, bonuses, and variable pay schemes.
- Supervise payroll processes in coordination with accounting and external platforms (e.g., BUK).
- Design a competitive and attractive Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
6. Culture, Climate & Well-being:
- Promote and institutionalize Solfium's core values and desired behaviors.
- Plan and execute regular initiatives for physical, mental, and emotional well-being (weekly activities, monthly events).
- Conduct engagement/climate surveys and implement data-driven action plans.
7. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
- Lead the annual DEI strategy and support internal committees and initiatives focused on gender equity, generational diversity, and inclusion.
- Track progress and foster a culture of belonging and respect.
8. Organizational Management & Compliance:
- Manage job descriptions, org charts, levels, and organizational changes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT, LFT).
- Develop and update internal policies, handbooks, and HR documentation.
9. HR Tech & Analytics:
- Administer platforms such as BUK, Office 365, and other digital tools to streamline HR processes.
- Generate reports and people analytics dashboards to support decision-making.
10. Internal Communication & Employer Brand:
- Design internal communication campaigns aligned with values and strategic priorities.
- Strengthen Solfium's employer brand across digital platforms and industry events. Required Profile: Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (Preferred: Master's degree or specialization in HR, compensation, org development, etc.).
- Courses or certifications in job evaluation (e.g., HAY), payroll, SAP, DEI, or talent management are a plus. Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in comprehensive HR roles, with at least 2 years as HR leader or head of area.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is preferred.
- Proven track record managing cross-functional teams or HR generalists. Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law, payroll processes, and compensation methodologies.
- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., BUK, SAP, ATS, survey tools).
- Intermediate-advanced Excel skills and Microsoft/Google tools.
- Intermediate-advanced English (written and spoken). Core Competencies: ?
