Job Requirements

• Education: University studies completed or in progress (no degree required).
• Skills: Advanced English; CRM knowledge.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide phone support to patients of a fertility clinic.
• Handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Record and update patient information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the patient service team to ensure patient satisfaction.
• Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure service quality.

Compensation and Benefits
