In the role of Field Service Engineer MGT specialist, you will be responsible for applying his advanced and specialized knowledge of gas turbines and auxiliary equipment, as well as quality engineering guidelines and processes in order to participate in various inspection activities.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Direct teams of field service engineers & technicians and craft labor personnel in the installation, repair maintenance and troubleshooting of steam turbines and generators at various customer sites.
• Coordinate and manage staffing of project team at customer sites.
• Provide steam turbine knowledge and expertise to division management, customer management, product line management and suppliers.
• Review and execute customer contract requirements.
• Prepare and forward accurate reports concerning the condition and repairs and recommendations for customer equipment.
• Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).

What You Bring

• University Degree in Mechanical Engineer or similar (Bachelor's degree).

• Professional Experience (4+ years) as a mechanical field service engineer for Steam Turbines.
• Technical Knowledge on Steam turbines, electrical generators and associated auxiliary systems at professional working level.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of time

• Soft Skills:

• Teamwork (Demonstrated ability to work within teams - conceptualize and socialize ideas, make recommendations and facilitate team consensus to move forward.)
• Planning skills and strong Attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to lead a crew of mechanics and interface with multiple levels of customer organization.
• Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities for multiple projects or assignments.
