We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Car Leasing Analyst (Inplant) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing the corporate vehicle fleet, ensuring optimal performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage the use of corporate fleet vehicles.
• Generate regular reports on fleet status, operational costs, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize fleet performance.
• Oversee the vehicle lifecycle, from acquisition to disposal.
• Control the budget allocated to the fleet and suggest improvements to operational costs.
• Implement and follow vehicle usage and maintenance policies.
• Ensure that vehicles comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• A university degree in fields such as Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related areas.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably in corporate fleets.
• General knowlege in cost optimization, invoice process and data anlaysis
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and analysis tools.
• Basic/intermediate level of English
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
