Your Mission
As a Field Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in the installation, commissioning, and technical support of advanced inspection systems across Mexico and the United States. You'll ensure customers receive expert, friendly, and reliable service throughout the system lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate international service tasks with the Service and Support Director.
Perform mechanical and electrical installations of systems in Mexico and the U.S.
Conduct system repairs, improvements, and modifications.
Provide remote and on-site maintenance services.
Handle customer service communication, including emails and phone support.
Manage repair orders and documentation in the ERP system.
Train users in Spanish and English.
Follow up on customer suggestions and generate reports with recommendations.
Maintain tracking of delivered systems (travel logs, repairs, visits, calibrations).
Test system applications and support system assembly when needed.
Important Notes
Field work represents approximately 75% of total working hours.
Must have availability to travel frequently within Mexico and to the U.S.
A personal credit card is required for travel expenses (fully reimbursed).
A valid U.S. VISA and passport are mandatory for this position.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Degree or technical background in electronics, mechatronics, or similar fields.
Native Spanish speaker with advanced English skills (written and spoken).
Valid driver's license.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Comfortable traveling frequently and solving hands-on technical issues.
