We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Human Resources team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, event organization, and HR operations. They will play a key role in onboarding new employees, managing essential documentation, and supporting the workforce to ensure a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on employee trends to enhance acquisition strategies.
- Lead the recruitment process across various organizational levels, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee employee onboarding, including the management of immigration documents, tax compliance, and benefits packages.
- Organize engagement initiatives and CSR events to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies across all company locations.
- Establish and uphold ethical standards, values, and company culture within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to effectively onboard new employees and manage HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related tools.
