Job Objective: Lead and manage the Human Resources department with a strategic vision, strong execution capabilities, and a transformative mindset. This role is critical to building a solid, agile, and results-oriented HR function, while fostering a diverse, high-performance, and dynamic organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Design and implement effective strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding processes, and performance improvement.
- Continuously improve engagement and retention processes, based on the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Organizational Planning
- Define and structure departments, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Establish clear internal policies regarding vacation, schedules, performance, internal regulations, and other organizational guidelines.
Organizational Development
- Design and implement wellness and internal communication programs that strengthen culture and organizational climate.
- Implement performance evaluation systems, leadership development programs, and manage annual succession plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Design and coordinate training programs aligned with business needs.
Compensation & Benefits
- Design and implement variable compensation policies and benefits plans that align talent performance with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements:
Education & Training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- Willingness to travel, depending on project or international context requirements.
- Valid visa (preferred)
Experience
- 5–7 years of experience managing all internal processes, including Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Internal Communications, Organizational Culture, Compensation, and Organizational Structure.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor law (international knowledge is a plus).
- Previous experience in startups (preferred).

- Ability to design and structure processes, teams, and organizational culture from the ground up.
