We are seeking a Talent and Human Resources Coordinator with a background in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources, and experience in organizational culture, talent acquisition, and comprehensive management of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have intermediate to advanced English proficiency and skills to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate well-being and training initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role is key to aligning staff with the company's strategic vision.
Responsibilities
Design and implement recruitment and selection strategies, including interviews, assessments, and university outreach.
Manage onboarding, internal promotions, delivery of work tools, and offboarding processes.
Identify training needs, develop annual plans, and oversee talent specialization.
Enforce internal regulations, coordinate labor relations, and prepare information for audits.
Collaborate with Design and IT departments to improve communication and digital tools.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or Human Resources.
Experience in similar roles and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of labor regulations and digital HR tools.
Strong communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, proactivity, and confidentiality skills.
