MAIN GOAL

Responsible to ensure the financial performance and support the areas with financial matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and analyze production costs, variances, and KPIs (e.g., OEE, scrap, downtime, labor efficiency) on a regular basis.
• Develop, manage, and report on budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for production and related operational functions.
• Partner with plant and operations teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and drive cost saving initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on production performance, cost center results, and profitability.
• Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocations.
• Maintain and enhance controlling tools, dashboards, and financial models to support real time decision making.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reporting, supporting stock takes and cycle count analysis.
• Support ERP/MRP system data accuracy for work orders, BOMs and routing information.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in business management / or Accounting.
• 3-5 years work experience.
• Experience in automotive industry.
• Experience in creation and interpretation of financial statements.
• Proficient SAP experience in the following modules: FI / CO.
• Accounting basics.
• Intermediate English
