Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will support Marketing Operations in the planning, tracking, and

execution of marketing activities for FARMASI USA, including promotions, product launches,

campaigns, and content management across various digital platforms. This role offers crossdepartment

collaboration, and the opportunity to work for a company that continues to expand

globally. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent organizational

abilities, clear communication skills and professional level of English.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

CMS/CRM Management:

• Upload and manage sliders and banners on the company website.

• Build and optimize landing pages to support marketing campaigns.

• Set up products, specifically bundles, within the CRM system.

• Conduct website audits as necessary to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience.

Marketing Department Duties:

• Prepare recognition presentations (PPT) for internal meetings and events.

• Upload and maintain content on the Content Library to ensure accessibility and

organization.

• Support translations from English to Spanish as well as coordinate approval process for

translations in other languages.

• Manage coordination and execution of the asset revision process, ensuring timely updates

and accuracy.

• Provide support for various marketing tasks such as communication for company events

and help the team ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

• Professional level of English.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• 3 years of relevant Marketing experience.

• Marketing Operations - Experience with product setups, landing page creation, and

website management.

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Flexible schedule, occasionally available for evenings and weekend events.

• Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of performing effectively under pressure in a

dynamic environment.
