Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for responding inbound calls and/or e-mails of customers for the line of business of Spain.

Roles:

• Answer inbound calls and handle middle and back-office activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
• Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
• Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI's.
• Active participation in team meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree or High School completed (GED) or equivalent.

· Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.

· Customer service

· Advanced English and Excellent Spanish (written and spoken level).

· Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service or related.

Job Offer:

· Direct hiring

· 9 hr Schedules within the following time windows: 7:00 - 17:00 and 23:00 - 10:00 with 1 day off a week (fixed).

· First 3 months offer: Base salary before taxes of $13, 711 MXN + $1,400MXN in food coupons + Law Benefits + $2,000 MXN (bonus for night shift only).

· After 3rd month offer: Base salary before taxes of $15, 048 MXN + $1,400 MXN in food coupons + Monthly productivity bonus of $2,342 MXN + $2,000 MXN (bonus for night shift only) + Law Benefits + Saving Fund + Health Insurance + Major Medical Expenses Insurance.
