Job Title: Sales AnalystLocation: Monterrey, N.L.Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryThe Sales Analyst will support the commercial teams of MVT, MVT Logistics, and MVT Warehousing by ensuring organized and efficient workflows throughout the sales cycle. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing various administrative tasks, and assisting in the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate Network Needs campaigns, ensuring all requests and activities are executed effectively and on time.
Organize and maintain the sales team's travel calendar, including meeting and appointment scheduling.
Capture and manage workflows related to RFPs and other opportunities in the CRM.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other commercial documents as needed.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence management.
Assist in organizing and coordinating trade shows, client meetings, and other business events.
Collect and analyze sales reporting data.
Develop methods and strategies for analyzing large volumes of data.
Study historical sales data to identify productivity trends.
Conduct research on competitors and market dynamics.
Evaluate and improve business processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions.
Analyze partner profitability, conversion rates, turnover, and pipeline health to provide insights for operational improvement.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
Technical degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles.
Experience with workflow management and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle, or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (high level of English required).
Salary: $21,000 to $23,000 MXN per monthWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
