Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization
• Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful
• Handle change requests and incident tickets for the remaining Infrastructure Teams
• Follow notification and escalation procedures and standards for communications with business involving operational issues
• Identify and document product bugs and feature requests and work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience with mobile development (iOS and Android / Flutter / React Native)
• Demonstrated proficiency in any of these languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, NodeJS)
• Solid understanding of mobile UI design and best practices, application architecture principles
• Strong understanding of native mobile applications
• Experience building Web Applications/Web Services/APIs and querying Relational Databases (MySQL, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL)
