WE ARE LOOKING :

BMS AND DESK OPERATOR 

Ensure the active monitoring of activities that occur in the Data Center, monitoring all events that occur in the plant, using the tools and knowledge of the systems (Ex.: EAM, Communications Platform, BMS, EPMS, Fire Center).

Maintain the availability and proper functioning of the Data Center systems, informing the O&M team (Electrical or Mechanical) of alarm situations, monitoring maintenance, maneuvers and tests, via different supervisory systems.

Support the on-duty team and leadership in technical and administrative activities, communicating with internal areas, customers and suppliers (opening maintenance calls), handling service requests and requests for access by people to the Data Center and following the incident reporting flow.

Education:

Field of Studies: Automation/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical Technician                             

  Minimum level of education: Complete Technical Education 

Specific Technical Knowledge

1. Suit Office

2. Supervisory systems monitoring                                                                                                        

3. Data center automation

Responsabilities:

1. Be attentive to each occurrence captured by the monitoring systems of the Datacenter's electrical and mechanical infrastructure, interpretation of facts and decision-making regarding the procedure

2 Immediately alert the Analysts on duty (electricians and mechanics) of occurrences captured by the monitoring systems of the electrical and mechanical infrastructures and auxiliary systems of the Datacenter.                           

    3. Immediately alert the Management/Coordination of Operations and Maintenance of any critical failure of the monitoring systems of the electrical and mechanical infrastructures of the Datacenter
