Descripción

- 5+ years of experience as an Account Sales Executive
- Have a valid visa
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions to address those needs.
- Help close deals and generate revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Travel between Mexico and the U.S. to engage with potential clients.
Sales Process Management:
- Conducted sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes.
- Attend Networking Events to pitch to Clients.
Account Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Monitor and manage account performance, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Develop account strategies to maximize revenue and client retention.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. –
- Near-perfect English

- Visa (for travel from Mexico to the U.S.)

- Experience with cold calls, we have lists available for you to call.
?Preferred Skills:
- We have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive Sales Experience (Previous Sales Experience NOT required but preferred. We will hire the right person even if they do not have experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Experience attending networking events with Clients.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position (Mountain Standard Time)
- Travel (minimum of one time per month for trade shows, you will be on-site for 2-3 days).
