Responsibilities

• Assist personnel in detecting labor and personal problems that affect their work.
• Implementation of social service programs to the community.
• Supervise and maintain good dining room service.
• Attend and control the transportation service.
• Attend and control the laundry service.
• Support in organizing and carrying out social and sporting events.
• In charge of meetings with the staff to have more communication and constant information.
• Direct service in terms of benefits and / or benefits to staff.
• Participate in the induction of new personnel.
• Keep records and prepare reports on absenteeism and turnover of direct personnel.
• Comply with the measures established in the Internal Work Regulations, Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Federal Labor Law
• Labor Relations
• IMSS, Fonacot, Infonavit
• Communication
• Ethical and Legal Aspects
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001/ ISO9001
