Responsibilities
- Assist personnel in detecting labor and personal problems that affect their work.
- Implementation of social service programs to the community.
- Supervise and maintain good dining room service.
- Attend and control the transportation service.
- Attend and control the laundry service.
- Support in organizing and carrying out social and sporting events.
- In charge of meetings with the staff to have more communication and constant information.
- Direct service in terms of benefits and / or benefits to staff.
- Participate in the induction of new personnel.
- Keep records and prepare reports on absenteeism and turnover of direct personnel.
- Comply with the measures established in the Internal Work Regulations, Safety and Environmental Regulations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Federal Labor Law
- Labor Relations
- IMSS, Fonacot, Infonavit
- Communication
- Ethical and Legal Aspects
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO14001 / ISO 45001/ ISO9001
