At Morgan Philips, we are looking for a strategic and influential HR COORDINATOR who will lead talent strategies for a company located in Aguascalientes.
Purpose of the Position
The Regional Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, promoting talent development, and ensuring compliance with labor policies in the region.
Key Responsibilities
· Implement and monitor talent management programs, identifying training needs and supporting succession planning.
· Lead performance management to promote professional development and goal alignment.
· Act as a key link for employees and leadership, promoting open, two-way, and effective communication.
· Lead initiatives to foster diversity, inclusion, and resolve labor conflicts professionally.
· Collaborate with leadership to define strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring innovative solutions.
· Develop and communicate effective policies and programs, working together with global and regional teams.
· Supervise recruitment, benefits, and legal compliance processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of talent.
· Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring efficient information management.
Position Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
· Solid knowledge of talent management, labor relations, and local labor legislation.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
· Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
· Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse and global teams.
· Advanced English for interaction with international teams.
