MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION (mentioned as examples but not limited to):

• Support in the implementation and start-up of machinery and equipment for new projects

• Generation of documentation for the area (Annual Maintenance Plan, MTTR, MTBF, Major Failures)

• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of PCB assembly processes

• Monitor maintenance programs for industrial equipment such as SMT, coating feeders, routing, and electrical testers for PCBs

• Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans for machinery in the production area

• Provide support in the administration and supervision of personnel, equipment, and assigned resources

• Contribute to the scheduling of services and contracts with external suppliers for installations, maintenance, expansions, reconstructions, etc.

• Develop and monitor maintenance programs for critical equipment

• Participate in work teams and continuous improvement efforts

• Provide technical support for production equipment failures

• Identify significant environmental aspects in their area.

• Review compliance with the welding equipment maintenance program.

• Manage chemical substances in the area.

• Comply with established safety standards within the organization.

• Plan and manage asset renewal in their area.
