We are hiring a Packaging engineer

Responsible for the design, review, control, and management of packaging proposals for the shipment of finished goods and service parts. Provides technical support for new projects, supplier validation, and ensures compliance with OEM and Tier 1 customer quality standards.

? Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field (completed with diploma)
• 3 years of experience in packaging within the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards
• Advanced or technical English proficiency
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software; ability to interpret technical drawings
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Create and approve packaging specifications for new products
• Manage packaging proposals from suppliers (cardboard, dunnage, pallets)
• Define palletization specifications, labeling, and packaging materials
• Administer packaging part numbers and customer web portals
• Participate in the technical validation of packaging suppliers
• Prepare cost quotations for packaging concepts and identify cost improvement opportunities
• Implement and validate packaging solutions for new projects
• Support testing processes, follow up on results, and provide customer assistance
• Oversee packaging workshop operations
