We are seeking a skilled
Full Stack Software Engineer II or III to join our team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers the future of healthcare communication, using some of the following programming languages and libraries: React, Angular, Javascript and/or Elixir, Erlang. This position is part of TigerConnect's growth into the Mexico City technology hub. We're excited about our opportunity to bring on talented engineers who will collaborate with our engineering teams across the globe.
This is a hybrid position and is expected to be in the office 2 days a week.What You'll Be Doing: - Delivering ongoing feature and performance improvements for the leading healthcare communication infrastructure
- Developing and maintaining highly scalable and resilient microservices (ours is built in Erlang and Elixir) You will learn Erlang.
- Working closely with the client and product teams to refine requirements for technical implementation
- Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of applications
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code
- Implement automated tests to ensure application reliability
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications using AWS Terraform, and Docker
What You Bring: - An insatiable appetite for learning new approaches, technologies, and architectures and the maturity to apply these judiciously
- A BS degree or higher in CS, EE or related discipline
- 4+ years experience in software engineering
- Excellent knowledge of React
- Profiency with any of these server-side languages as C#, Elixir or Erlang
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development
- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code as well as full stack development in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Experience in deploying and managing applications using AWS, Terraform, and Docker
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
