Job Purpose
Develop and implement strategies (and related tactical plans) to source critical/complex RM categories, secure sup-ply for those categories in line with business plan and to support fragrance Ingredients competitiveness on the mar-ket with guidance from Segment BP but with significant autonomy.

Core Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy
• Manage the category in alignment with the 2025 procurement strategy
• Drive the development and implementation of RM category strategies
• Analyze market and implement risk management strategies for the portfolio
• Lead sourcing strategy development within cross functional team for key categories
• Drive sourcing strategy implementation by leading major RFQs and key negotiations
Portfolio Management
• Negotiate contracts globally
• Select, manage and audit suppliers
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and actively involve creation and manufacturing in development of optimization plans
• Own key supplier relationship, and lead GBS escalated supplier conflict resolutions
• Communicate to suppliers any forthcoming changes in demand/specifications
• Ensure adequate contract cover for materials and supplier compliance to contracts
• Ensure vendor performance at target levels
Stakeholder Relationship
• Communicate to key internal stakeholders/Segment BP any market conditions changes which may affect the Business
• Actively support the responsible sourcing projects implementation & provide information to Procurement Sus-tainability Manager when needed
Cost Optimization
• Provide sufficient information for business planning process
• Develop cost reduction projects
• Provide price forecast and market trends for key commodities

Academic Background
• Degree in chemical engineering or organic chemistry is required

Professional Experience
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Procurement and/or functional experience
• Knowledge of F&F/FMCG/Chemical industry
• Specific technical and market knowledge in the respective category
• International exposure in previous role

Technical Skills
• Fluent in English, other languages a +
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Cultural awareness and adaptable to fast changing business requirements
• Passion for success with a high energy level
