This position reports to:

Materials and Compliance Manager

What the position entails:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to obtain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also develop your expertise by supporting Brazeway's Materials team and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Follow-up to invoices, forecast, purchasing orders

• Creating documentation for inventory

• Support on costumer service

• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.

• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.

Qualifications for the role

• Student from the last three semesters
• Availability Monday to Friday 7:30 am - 2:00 pm (own car preferable)
• Advanced English Level
• Microsoft Office
• Proactive, Problem solving, Sense of urgency, Negotiation.
