The Opportunity
As a Procurement Associate Manager in our Mexico City office you'll manage spend $270MM USD , develop & implement the procurement strategy for importation CAPEX equipment for LATAM + WH Automation, dealing with suppliers and internal users, all in compliance with Pepsico's policies and governance.
Influence key point stakeholders in order to execute internal strategies and consolidate agility agenda through improving E2E acquisition process.
Deliver producvitity in terms of machinery, intallations, civil works and cash flow improvement.

Your Impact
As The CAPEX Manager Equipos Importados your scope will consist of:
- Manage, influence and create relationship between Key Point Stakeholders and Key Point Person to develop internal strategies in order to create, evaluate and develop new Global procurment productivity projects. (Executer)
- Continuous search of new suppliers and technology outstanding. (Executer / Making Decision)
- Create productivity projects pipeline through the different areas and the GP team. (Making Decision)
- Manage the team to ensure the delivery of Cashflow benefits (AOP, +90 days Payment Terms) (Making Decisions)
- Manage the team to ensure new enable and develop suppliers (Global/Local) (Making Decisions)
- Manage and develop relevant SLA's for each categories. (Providing Consultation)
- Lead and coach people to create benchpipeline.
- Innovate and deploy initiatives to accelerate and move forward with Agility Agenda in the sector.
- Manage the relation with Global Teams to ensure alignment and support
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economy, or other related area of background.
Experience:
- 8+ years in procurement and Analytical background.
- 6+ years in procurement related function at relevant organizations.
- PMO experience
- Advanced english proficiency
- Leadership (how to influence people in different businesses units)
- Deep and strong analytic skills.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills - complex scenario at many businesses units with many stakeholders.
- SAP, Ariba and Microsoft experience (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc).
- Collaborate and influence
- Decision making in VUCA Environment (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity)
