Customer Service Representative
?? Location: Zapopan, Jalisco (On-site at Business Park KDK, La Perla)
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday (On-site)
1st shift: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
3rd shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth order management for our B2B clients across the US, Mexico, and Latin America (excluding Brazil). This is not a call center role — you will be part of a collaborative team supporting key business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer orders, inquiries, and complaints in a fast, friendly, and professional manner.
Enter and follow up on orders using ERP systems (SAP/AX).
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Credit, Supply Chain) to ensure timely shipments and documentation.
Handle consignment stock and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
Resolve customer issues and provide proactive communication.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles.
Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
Experience in B2B environments.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Advanced English and Spanish (oral and written).
Team player with a sense of urgency and initiative.
Bachelor's degree required.
