Job Description:

Major company in the manufacturing sector is looking for highly motivated Test Engineer with experience in product validation and laboratory test development. This position is key to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards in new developments and products in production.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and manufacture special test fixtures and fixtures for testing.
• Manage test plans ensuring compliance with customer committed dates.
• Coordinate with product engineering team to manage test materials and technical documentation.
• Configure and operate test equipment according to established technical requirements and schedules.
• Detect and drive cost improvement opportunities related to the test area.
• Provide technical support and leadership to the laboratory technicians team.
• Develop and maintain internal procedures and technical specifications for testing.
• Perform validation testing and prototyping of new products according to technical specifications.
• Execute tests for product improvements in both new developments and current production, within established timelines.

Requirements:

• Completed engineering (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related).
• Verifiable experience in climatic chamber and salt fog chamber tests.
• Knowledge and handling of vibration and mechanical tests.
• Ability to read and apply technical specifications in English.
• Conversational English (intermediate-advanced level).
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail and focus on results.
