He/She contributes to define test strategy based on Customer and Valeo standards
specifications
- To analyse electronic customer specification for Validation topic (Compliance Matrix)
- To support T&V Leader documenting budget regarding the EE validation costs and test
box/bench needed
- To support T&V Leader regarding EE&EMC Test strategy
- To document DV&R tests list and scheduling (Pre DV, DV)
- To support QPTM in PV plan update, if PV tests list, is different from DV stage.
- To schedule, in the lab, PV tests according QPTM tests schedule and requests into TMT
- To define validation tests specification plan (Pre DV, DV) according to the customer and internal
standard requirements.
- To update PV validation tests specification plan if different from DV stage.
- To support T&V Leader by documenting project tests timeline plan and execution progress
- To document DV&R synthesis results follow-up (Pre DV, DV)
- To document PV tests results and communicate them to QPTM
Note: PV& R synthesis follow-up to be updated by QPTM.
- To manage all EE, EMC tests with support of metiers contributors (internal /external Valeo)
- To perform EE tests Pre DV and DV when needed.
- To perform EE PV tests when needed.
- To coordinate tests with EMC test engineer, environmental Lab engineer and external lab.
- To analyse tests reports (EE & EMC tests)
- When required, to support T&V Leader regarding QRQCs test failures analysis troubleshooting
- To define the test equipment definition for test and validation (Electrical/EMC)
- To participate in the Validation Design Review if needed.
