About the Position:

Job Title: Server System Engineer

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León

Contract Type: Permanent

Work Mode: Hybrid

Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

Design and implement FPGA/CPLD functions on server motherboards and sub-cards.
Write and implement FPGA/CPLD code, build simulation platforms, and execute simulation and on-board tests.
Create documentation related to FPGA/CPLD design and testing.
Review relevant parts of FPGA/CPLD schematic diagrams.
Provide support in debugging FPGA/CPLD-related issues throughout the development process.

Requirements:

University degree and 6+ years of experience in hardware design validation or test engineering in technology companies.
Experience in server, rack, and/or storage testing.
Knowledge of networking (routing and switching).
Scripting in Python and/or PowerShell.
Knowledge of storage/server stability, performance, and reliability testing methodologies.
Ability to identify problems and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
