YOUR TASKS

Responsibilities

• Clarifying and defining requirements for the product-related software with the customer, in the form of
  stipulated project descriptions.
• Agreeing and pursuing targets with the project manager with regard to quality, costs and deadlines, in
  consultation with the superior - using existing processes and methods.
• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer and other domains (System, Testing) towards the project objectives.
• SW design and SW development that adheres to ASPICE process.
• SW integration, configuration and testing.
• Conduct SW Reviews.
• Static code analysis: QAC execution and findings correction.
• Customer problem reports analysis and correction.
• Provide mentorship and direction for the team of software engineering professionals.
• Participate in technical discussions with the project technical team.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer, electrical engineering or related.
• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge in AUTOSAR.
• Knowledge in Automotive Communication protocols such as CAN or LIN.
• Knowledge in Automotive development based on V-Model process (Automotive SPICE).
• Software development in embedded C that adheres to MISRA.
• Experience working with 16-bit and 32-bit micro-controllers (use of peripherals, memory space definition, etc).
• Proactive & self-driven individual, results oriented with a growth attitude and strong dedication.
• Ability to take discussions and open issues to closure by working with local and global teams.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Static Analysis with QAC or similar tools.
• Knowledge in MKS Source Integrity, MKS Integrity Manager and GIT tools.
• Experience using requirement management and/or change management tools (e.g. DOORS, PTC, GIT)
• Knowledge of batteries, battery management systems and power electronics.
