To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Technician located in Aguascalientes

Example: Reporting to the Test Engineer, Test Technician role involves working on technical support for production lines, preventive and corrective maintenance, test equipment setup and indirect customer colaboration.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ensures test stations are complete and fully set up according to customer's requirements along with proper functionality.
• Analyze, detect, identify, and correct technical problems and improvement areas.
• RCA to main yield offenders for weekly quality meetings.
• Operator training when newly introduced to test stations.
• Perform investigations and trials for customer when needed.
• Setup test stations according to customer specifications.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Management of basic level MS Office applications (Excel, Power point, etc.)
• Schedule availability.
• Proactive.
• Teamwork.
• Kaizen experience.
• 5S's .
• Drawing skills.
