As a Test Engineer in the Electronic Industry at Honeywell,you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of ourelectronic products through effective test engineering practices. Yourexpertise in test methodologies and tools, coupled with your strongproblem-solving and analytical skills, will be instrumental in developing andexecuting test plans and procedures. You will work closely withcross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications andanalyze test results to provide valuable insights and recommendations forproduct improvements. You will report directly to our Manufacturing EngineeringManager, and you will work out of our Ciudad Juarez, Chih. location. In thisrole, you will have a significant impact on the quality and performance of ourelectronic products. Your technical guidance and support will empower the testengineers in your team to excel in their roles and deliver high-qualityresults. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute tothe overall enhancement of our solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead and coordinate the testing activities forassigned projects
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to define test requirements and specifications
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to test engineers,
• Review circuitboard designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing withfailure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures, anddowntime of test equipment.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data andprepare documentation and recommendations.
• Provide Preventive and CorrectiveMaintenance to all production test equipment.
• Design, and direct engineeringand technical personnel in the fabrication of testing and test controlapparatus and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate engineering activitiesconcerned with the development, procurement, installation, and calibration ofinstruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, andreduce test data.
• Provide training in new procedures to production testingstaff.
• ICT & Functional Test, database, networking knowledge. Develop LabVIEWbased test programs and troubleshoot existing LabVIEW programs. MSA/SPCKnowledge

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or otherrelated field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in test engineering in theelectronic industry
• Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures
• Excellentproblem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Experience with electronic equipment such asmulti-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators / analyzers.
• High-levelprogramming languages such Visual Basic, Labview, C and .NET.
• Electricalengineering skills, including schematic review, circuit theory, and circuitdesign.
