Requirements
10+ years of experience in Software Development and Quality Assurance (QA).
5+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
Fluent and conversational English.
Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Optimize development and QA processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices.
Define and execute the implementation strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (Development, QA, Business Analysts, Architecture).
Monitor performance KPIs, generate executive reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Drive the adoption of new technologies, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and quality standards.
