MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS
· Bacherlor's degree in Accounting or Finance
· Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance (desirable)
· 5+ years as manager in operative finance or manufacturing.
· Bilingual

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITY
· Coordinate daily meetings with the controller's team to measure the operational and financial pulse of the plants, consolidate the income statement, identify risks and opportunities to direct operational actions.
· Direct operational actions that are aligned with the business strategy through specific recommendations for controllers in conjunction with plant managers.
· Prepare the Global Finance Package of the corresponding business unit to consolidate North America and present it to the CEO.
· Prepare the Global Finance Package of the corresponding business unit to consolidate North America and present it to the CEO. Ensure that the month end results are aligned with the Outlook presented to the CEO.
· Prepare the executive presentation of the MOR (Monthly Operation Review) financial section
· Prepare the monthly financial forecast, consolidate the information about the plants.
· Prepare the annual budget.
· Prepare Business Case of the corresponding business units.
· Validate and approve CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects. The authority is the approval of the ACE (Approval Capital Expenditure).
· Approve certain (Overtime, Purchase Price Variance, Premium Freight) operating expenses (OPEX) according to the authorization limit.
· Standardize and ensure the execution of the functions of the comptroller.
· Validate Continuous Improvement/Savings initiatives.
· Ensure and confirm the accuracy of financial data (Data Validation Point)
· Provide financial support to the Vice Presidents of the Business Units.
