Are you ready to take the next step in your career by driving growth and making an impact in a dynamic and innovative organization?

Main responsibilities for this position are market (promote and sales) RIDGID GREENLEE products and solutions. The direct market should be executed on the actual distribution channel and generate the demand with end users. The focus of the position is field work, including product demonstrations and training of RIDGD & GRENLEE (Professional Tools) equipment's and products in general.


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Develop and put into action sales strategies and marketing programs across the North Central region.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to increase sales and expand into new regions and market specialities for both product lines (RIDGID and Greenlee).
  • Improve fieldwork efforts to promote products to end-users, supporting the distribution network in growing sales and improving market presence throughout the region.
  • Collaborate with the distribution network to develop strategies for optimizing inventory levels to effectively serve market demands.
  • Achieve annual sales goals while ensuring distributors optimize all ProAction benefits (discounts, MDF, and rebates).
  • Build and implement annual business plans, executive reports, presentations, forecasts, brand initiatives, and project tracking plans.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively under time constraints.
  • Serve as the daily point of contact for distributors and end-users, ensuring alignment and support for business objectives.
  • Constant visit to end users to execute technical demonstrations of RIDGID & GREENLEE products

  • A professional who is dedicated to achieving results in sales and marketing.
  • Skilled in building relationships with distributors and end-users to achieve common goals.
  • Proactive in identifying growth opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Organized at managing multiple projects in dynamic environments.
  • Show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations
  • Ability to work independently and as excellent teammate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results.


For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electric Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (proficiency), both written and spoken.
  • Leadership experience NOT required


Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience in the industrial tools, mining or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management strategies and distribution networks.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
