Managing Director – General Manager
A well-established company with national and international operations is seeking a General Manager to lead its business strategy and overall operations. This is a confidential executive-level search focused on identifying a strong, results-oriented leader with a proven track record in driving organizational performance and sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee all company operations with a focus on strategic execution, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with the company's objectives.
- Supervise key functions such as finance, commercial, operations, and human capital.
- Strengthen internal processes to ensure financial targets and business goals are achieved.
- Represent the company with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, preferably as General Manager, Country Manager, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial oversight, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in negotiation and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and clients.
- Availability to travel nationally and internationally.
- Valid passport and visa required.
- Solid understanding of import/export processes is highly preferred.
