What you will do?
Johnson Controls Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced LeanDNA Program Manager to deploy and manage the Lean DNA inventory management program at a variety of Johnson Controls locations. The position will report directly to the Director of Lean DNA. You will collaborate with multiple functions across the organization and will work to achieve superior performance in delivering improved operational effectiveness. The person in this role will interface with Procurement, Materials Leaders, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, IT, select vendors and other functional groups as needed.
How you will do it?
- Work with materials leaders, procurement leaders and subject matter experts to lead the deployment of LeanDNA at assigned Johnson Controls manufacturing sites globally. Ensuring that deployment schedules are met and that critical KPI's are achieved.
- Support sites where LeanDNA is currently deployed, improving process maturity, process effectiveness and system adoption.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and LeanDNA customer success teams, ensuring resources are available for the effective deployment and use of the tool.
- Drive consistent governance to support materials management excellence through capabilities provided via LeanDNA. Work with materials leadership to ensure use of LeanDNA process and metrics improve inventory days on hand while improving operations performance metrics.
- Develop-Monitor LeanDNA KPI's to support business objectives. Assist stakeholders in using best practices to achieve the goals of the business.
- Build robust alignment and partnership with Operations teams, IT support and LeanDNA aligning systems capabilities with operational processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding and maturity of supplier connect, ensuring compliance goals are met.
- Ensure effective training of the processes globally including the development of training materials and measurement of training content retention.
- Influence team members from other functional groups, working in a matrixed environment ensuring the program outcomes align with the objectives of the business. Collaborate directly with the user teams, functional leads and technical leads, as well managers and business users, as needed.
- Effectively track project deliverables from team members, customers, and vendors to ensure they are delivered and up to standard. Identify and track issues to closure.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum of 7-10 years of working knowledge and experience in materials and supply chain management
- Bachelor's Degree (preferable with Supply Chain Management focus) required; MBA preferred.
- Proficiency in English (highly required)
- Experience with deployment and use of LeanDNA preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP, particularly SAP, and materials management functions.
- Previous Program or Project Management experience and a comprehensive understanding of the project management life cycle is preferred.
- Able to travel globally, (approximately 15% Travel).
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Certified Production & Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred.
- Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.
- Six Sigma Certification desired.
