Bachelor´s Degree in Engineening industrial, or related field.
English: Advanced.
Minimum 3 years in the automotive industy in similar position.
Lead auditor certification.
Experience in customer portals.
Experience in customer and certification audits.
Knowledge, interpretation and experience in IATF 16949, ISO 19011 and Core tools,
PSCR (It´s a plus).
Objetive:
Ensure the correct implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 19011.
Ensure document control, coordination and control of audits, closure and effectiveness of corrective actions at all Waldaschaff Mexico sites. Ensure the integration/unification of all management systems and certifications
Responsibilities:
Manage the document control process.
Audit the document control process.
Provide support for continuous improvement projects.
Manage and support continuous improvement projects directly related to management systems.
Manage new certifications and the creation of the internal team to ensure the certification process.
Attention and support to Waldaschaff Mexico personnel regarding to quality management system.
Prepare reports requested by top management or managers.
KPI tracking.
Monitoring of project progress and LOP.
Ensure that the tools and spaces necessary for the audit processes are maintained and availables.
Monitor Compliance with LPA 1 Audit.
Update and control documents.
Manage Audits and follow up until compliance and closure.
Manage, update and maintain current applicable certifications.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Municipal regulatory requirements as well as applicable legal requirements in terms of Quality.
Creation of an annual budget for the maintenance of management systems (certifications, courses, training, infrastructure, personnel, equipment / tools).
Internally audit Quality.
Provide support in all activities relevant to Quality.
Give support to all departments and processes in GAP analysis.
Update, communicate and promote the policies of Waldaschaff Mexico.
Train and/or train company personnel on issues related to management systems.
