What you will do

• Help design and implement functional requirements;
• Build efficient back-end features in Python;
• Integrate front-end components into applications;
• Manage testing and bug fixes;
• Prepare technical documentation;
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code;
• Coach junior team members;
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements;
• Work with a data analytics team at Indeed:
• Producing high-quality code;
• Communication with Engineering & Data Analytics management;
• Alignment with existing development teams.

Must haves

• Around 4 years experience in software development.
• Significant practical experience with:
• Python (ideally 5+ years)
• Knowledge and practical experience with:
• Strong Python
• Django
• REST API
• SQL
• Deploying python code into containers (kubernetes/Docker)

Nice to haves

• AWS
• ETL development experience: Airflow is a plus
• Jupyter Notebooks
• Knowledge of JavaScript and the AngularJS framework is a plus.
