We are currently seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to launch their career in recruitment and human resources, where you'll gain hands-on experience and learn from seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms
• Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment metrics
• Support the onboarding process for new employees
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote ALTEN Mexico
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Up to 6 mont or 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate English level is preferred
• Passion for recruitment and helping individuals find the right opportunity
