Full-Time Independent Contractor: PPC Specialist (Hybrid)
Join a global marketing team in a dedicated, long-term role with on-site collaboration.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and results-oriented PPC Specialist to join our marketing team in a hybrid capacity. This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor position — not a freelance or project-based role.
You will manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta platforms, supporting two business units in multiple countries. A strong understanding of SEO is also preferred to contribute to overall digital strategy.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required for effective communication with internal stakeholders and global teams.
Work ArrangementThis is a hybrid position, requiring a combination of in-office presence and remote work. Candidates must be available for regular on-site collaboration as part of their weekly schedule.
Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Management- Plan, build, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to improve performance.
- Write and optimize ad copy and creatives based on data and testing.
- Implement A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust bids, and manage budgets to maximize ROI.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and Excel to analyze and report on performance.
- Manage conversion tracking and ensure measurement accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Present results and strategic recommendations to the internal team.
- Support SEO tasks in collaboration with the media team.
- Align PPC strategies with sales, content, and broader marketing efforts.
- Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google, Bing, and Meta (B2C experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of campaign structures, keyword research, ad creation, bid strategies, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, GA4, and Excel.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and reporting dashboards is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.

- Exclusivity: This is a dedicated role; candidates must not be engaged in freelance or multi-client arrangements.
- Tax Consideration: Contractors typically pay only 3.5% in taxes, which should be factored into salary expectations.
