As a Learning and Development Sr. Analyst:

You'll be responsible for consulting with various business units to identify learning needs, designing innovative programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing communication plans. You'll also ensure compliance with governance guidelines and tap into analytics to measure the effectiveness of our programs.

Key responsibilities include working closely with Subject Matter Experts, conducting industry research, and fostering strong relationships within the business. You'll be providing crucial technical guidance and leading project teams to boost learning experiences within our organization.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources or related field and at least 4+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Advanced English Skills
• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and our Learning Management System (LMS) are required.
• Experience in the Real Estate industry is a bonus!
• This position demands an individual of excellent organizational and analytical skills, who provides efficient, timely service to customers, presents information effectively and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
• A knack for multitasking and strong resilience under pressure is a key to success.
