Position Summary:

The Human Resources Director will lead and manage all HR functions for a dynamic manufacturing company based in Mexico City. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development programs.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the market.
• Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team and support the development of HR professionals.
• Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
• Lead change management efforts and support organizational restructuring when necessary.
• Monitor HR metrics and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
